About This Business
The Bowmanville Older Adult Association is a registered charitable not-for-profit seniors' centre based at the Clarington Beech Centre in downtown Bowmanville's Heritage District. Each season it runs more than 150 programs for adults 55 and older, spanning arts, fitness, dance, drumming and cooking classes alongside educational workshops, plus social events including dances, bistro nights and semi-formal evenings. The association also welcomes volunteers, including students earning community service hours. Membership is open to adults 55 and over, and non-members may join programs at non-member rates.
