Kalsamrit Martial Arts has served the Durham Region from its Bowmanville gym since 2011. Its 8,000+ square foot facility hosts Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (gi and no-gi), boxing, wrestling, and ladies-only classes, plus a kids martial arts program, after-school lessons, and a youth fight team. With professional instructors, top-of-the-line training gear, and a fully functional weight room, the gym welcomes everyone from first-timers to competitive athletes. Its Port Perry sister location operates out of 27 Easy St in Scugog.
