About This Business
Orono Arena is a municipally owned arena at 2 Princess Street in Orono, Clarington, operated by a volunteer board. It has a single ice pad, a snack bar, and a community room with a kitchen on the second floor that suits wedding receptions. The arena reopened on September 28, 2024 after a $3 million interior renovation that replaced the refrigerated floor under the ice pad, upgraded the changerooms and shower areas, installed new rubber flooring, all-new rink boards and a heated penalty box. It is the home ice for Orono Amateur Athletic Association teams. To book ice time, contact the arena directly at 905-983-5617.
